House with Mountain View Terrace in Lavij - Second Floor

This furnished two-bedroom house is located on the second floor of a two-story building, featuring a spacious, lush, and tree-lined yard with unparalleled views and easy access to the hot spring complex, shopping market, and pristine forest resorts in the Chamestan district, Lavij tourist village, and Dizinkola neighborhood.
The presence of two spacious balconies and a very beautiful, flower-filled yard, along with seating in a gazebo and a swing, provides an ideal space for evening gatherings and get-togethers for our esteemed guests.
The area around the house is enclosed by walls on all four sides. The host also resides on the lower floor of the accommodation with a separate entrance and area.
Dear guests, please note that the accommodation's design features two entrance gates, North and South. The North (main) gate and the cozy North yard are shared between guests staying on the first and second floors. For access to and use of the garden, the South gate and the accommodation's garden are shared between the host and guests.
For essential supplies, you will have access to a bakery and supermarket with less than one kilometer of driving.
Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet status is 4G.
It should be noted that the last 100 meters of the access road to the accommodation is unpaved (dirt), smooth, and passable by all types of vehicles.
Using fruits is forbidden for dear guests, and please refrain from damaging flowers and plants.
