این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با ایوان و حیاط سرسبز در منطقه ای دنج و آرام از لیسار و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر تالش واقع شده است.
طراحی سنتی این خانه ویلایی به نحوی می باشد که دارای یک سالن پذیرایی و چهار اتاق است، یکی از اتاق ها به عنوان نشیمن،دیگری به عنوان آشپزخانه و اتاق های دیگر به عنوان اتاق خواب مهیای استفاده میهمانان می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط زیبای این اقامتگاه با دیواری که از بیرون مشرف نیست، محصور می باشد و استفاده معمول از میوه درختان حیاط آن برای میهمانان بلامانع است.
دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با حدود 3 دقیقه رانندگی از اقامتگاه ممکن است و کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G می باشد.
