این ویلا دو خوابه در جوار وردخانه و در روستای گیجاو با فاصله حدود 12 کیلومتری از اسالم واقع شده است. ویلا دارای حیاطی دلباز و آلاچیق می باشد.
اطراف محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار کوتاه محصور و از یک طرف به رودخانه منتهی می شود فاقد حصار است و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت داد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری ویلا تهیه نمایند.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
