This wooden hut is located next to two other huts in the middle of a cozy and quiet garden in a forested area with a beautiful view of nature in the green village of Kardarkola, about 15 kilometers from the city of شیرگاه.
This wooden cottage has a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a shared bathroom with Iranian and foreign toilets, and a terrace facing the Babolrud River and the paddy fields of the village, which you can also use as a sleeping space in the hot months of the year.
The hut is located on a slope and is accessible with about 14 steps, around the common area of the hut is fenced on three sides and on one side which leads to the forest there is no fence and walls.
It is worth mentioning that the tap water of the villa is supplied through a well that lacks the necessary quality for drinking, so it is recommended to bring mineral water with you for drinking.
It should be noted that at a distance of 30 meters from this hut, there are two other wooden huts, so that the entrance gate and the area are used jointly.

The last 200 meters of the access road to the residence is in the form of dirt with a gentle slope and can be used for all types of cars.
