The area around the accommodation is enclosed by a wall, and a caretaker's unit is located nearby. Mobile network coverage for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is excellent for calls, and 4G internet access is available. It should be noted that the last 60 meters of the access road to the accommodation are unpaved (dirt and gravel) but accessible by all types of vehicles. Absard, located on the Firoozkooh axis, is one of the summer resort areas around Tehran, boasting pleasant and delightful weather, making it an ideal destination for weekend relaxation and recreation. Ayineh Varzan Waterfall, A'la Spring, Tar and Hooyar Lakes, and Roodafshan Cave are just some of the accessible attractions from this accommodation. The mineral salt water pool is not usable.
