The cottage has a wooden, two-story design. On the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom with both Iranian and Western toilets. After ascending a few steps, you will reach a bedroom without a door.
The accommodation is situated in a large garden, approximately 500 meters of which is enclosed by a wall and fence. Please note that each cottage has a separate courtyard and entrance gate.
You will also have access to a supermarket and bakery within a 500-meter walk.

The 100-meter path leading to the accommodation is concrete and accessible by all types of vehicles. Additionally, about 10 meters of the entrance area is sloped.
Marzikola and its surroundings, as well as the forested and green Lafour region, boast pristine nature, dense forests, natural and roaring waterfalls such as Haft Abshar, Gezow, Palang Dareh, and diverse plant life, making it one of the most beautiful tourist locations that consistently attracts guests.
