این منزل مبله دو خوابه که یکی از آنها مستر است در طبقه اول یک ساختمان 3 طبقه در روستای خوش آب و هوای نصفی بخش رحمت آباد و در نزدیکی جنگل و رودخانه واقع شده است که تا رودبار حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
منزل با حیاط و ورودی مستقل دارای ایوان با چشم انداز کوه، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب یک مستر با حمام و سرویس فرنگی و یک سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور و قابل ذکر است قسمتی از حیاط اقامتگاه از طبقه دوم که میزبان در آن سکونت دارد اشراف دارد و پله هایی نیز جهت دسترسی به حیاط میزبان در گوشه ای از محوطه تعبیه شده است که در صورت نیاز و با هماهنگی قبلی قابل استفاده است.
همچنین با 5 الی 10 دقیقه پیاده‌روی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهید داشت.
وضعیت آنتن دهی برای شبکه تلفن همراه مطلوب و پوشش اینترنت برای اپراتور همراه اول خوب ولی اپراتور ایرانسل فاقد خدمات مطلوب در این زمینه می باشد.
روستای نصفی با آب و هوای خنک و کوهستانی، اماکن تاریخی، مراتع و شالیزارهای سرسبز، جنگل های انبوه، باغات زیتون و نزدیکی به رودبار مقصد خوبی برای یک سفر دلچسب می باشد.
