این سوئیت 70 متری یکخوابه با تراس دلباز و چشم انداز زیبا کوه و جنگل و ظرفیت 8 نفر در طبقه دوم (10 پله دسترسی) یک اقامتگاه بومگردی دو طبقه (4 واحدی) در محیطی خوش آب و هوا در دل جنگل در روستای زمیدان و فاصله حدود 7 کیلومتری لاهیجان واقع شده است.
این سوئیت یکخوابه دارای یک تخت دو نفره در نشیمن، دو تخت یکنفره در اتاق، چهار سرویس کف خواب، حمام مشترک با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی، آشپزخانه (یخچال، گاز، امکان پخت غذا و لوازم آشپزی به تعداد 8 نفر) به همراه میز نهارخوری 4 نفره، یک دستگاه اسپیلت، تلویزیون و تلار سنتی دارای مبلمان می باشد.
محوطه سرسبز مزین به درختان میوه به همراه سرویس بهداشتی موجود در حیاط با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
اطراف حیاط سرسبز اقامتگاه برای حفظ طبیعت از دو طرف با دیوار بلوکی و از دو طرف با فنس محصور است و میزبان در فاصله حدود 500 متری سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است به جهت حفظ امنیت، محوطه، دروازه ورودی و دو طرف ساختمان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
700 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی است که تررد با خودروهایی با ارتفاع کم امکان پذیر نمی باشد و در فصول سرد و بارانی نیز تردد در این مسیر سخت خواهد بود.
استخر و بام سبز لاهیجان، تله کابین لاهیجان، باغات زیبای چای، تالاب سوستان از جاذبه های دیدنی این شهر زیبا می باشد.
