این خانه مبله یکخوابه در محیطی دنج و خوش آب و هوا در جزیره زیبای هرمز واقع شده است.
خونه داخل کوچه ای که کمتر از یک دقیقه پیاده روی تا بهترین ساحل شهری جزیره هرمز که تیاب بندر هست فاصله دارد
محیط اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیواری که از بیرون مشرف نیست محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی با ورودی و محوطه مجزا سکونت دارد.
منطقه هرمز فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری می باشد و سوخت اقامتگاه از طریق گاز کپسولی تامین می شود همچنین آب لوله کشی منطقه از کیفیت مطلوبی جهت آشامیدن برخوردار نیست و بهتر است میهمانان گرامی آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
