این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاط بزرگ در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان یک طبقه و در موقعیتی دنج و بکر از روستای هیچرود و با فاصله حدود 13 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر نمک آبرود واقع شده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط و در ورودی این منزل ویلایی از میزبان آن که در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد، به صورت مجزا می باشد و تنها طراحی ساختمان به نحوی است که میزبان به حیاط طبقه پایین کاملا مشرف است و تراس موجود در بام این سوئیت در اختیار میزبان قرار دارد.
دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با حدود 1 دقیقه پیاده‌روی از اقامتگاه ممکن است و کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
