این کلبه چوبی دوبلکس یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز نزدیک به کوه و جنگل در محیطی امن و آرام با چشم انداز کوه های پوشیده از درختان در روستای اولم و فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری ماسال واقع شده است.
طراحی کلبه چوبی به صورت دوبلکس است و طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام مشترک با سرویس ایرانی و طبقه بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب و تراس می باشد.
