این ویلا دو خوابه در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 12 پله ای یک ساختمان دو طبقه با حیاط و چشم انداز زیبا در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای سرسبز سیاه خانی و با فاصله حدود 11 کیلومتری تا مرکز شهر ماسال واقع شده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و طبقه همکف اقامتگاه خالی از سکونت می باشد،همچنین جهت تامین امنیت ورودی و محوطه به دوربین مدار بسته مجهز است.
میهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج مورد نیاز اقامت، با طی مسافت حدود یک کیلومتری به سوپرمارکت و با فاصله حدود 200 متری به نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
