This one-bedroom master villa is located next to 4 other villas in a 1000 m² garden space in a peaceful environment within the gardens of Haydareh village and about 7 km from همدان.
The residence area is surrounded on four sides by a wall, and a 24-hour caretaker unit and the host live in two independent villas within the garden area.
