This two-bedroom duplex villa with free breakfast, along with another suite offering beautiful mountain views, is located in the University Town near Kologan, approximately 10 km from Fasham and 20 km from Darband ski resort.
The villa and suite are accessible via approximately 35 steps from the yard and feature amenities such as an indoor pool within a lush, tree-lined 1000 square meter area, provided exclusively to one guest.
The interior design of the villa includes a pool, warm plunge pool, bathroom, and a shared Iranian toilet with a Western toilet on the lower floor, while the upper floor has a kitchen, living room, one master bedroom, an Iranian toilet, and a terrace.
The suite, located a few meters from the villa, features a furnished living area with a double bed and glass windows on the lower floor, and a rooftop garden with a seating area and 360-degree views on the upper floor. An Iranian toilet is also located in the yard.
It is worth noting that the pool water is changed every 4 days, and the pool water purification is done using Fibalon water disinfectant technology.
The yard is enclosed by a metal fence, and a 24-hour caretaker unit is stationed on the premises, with no direct view of the guests' accommodation. The caretaker will only leave their residence with prior coordination.
