This two-bedroom duplex villa, offering free breakfast, along with another suite, boasts beautiful mountain views and is located in Daneshgah Town, near Kologan. It is approximately 10 km from Fasham and 20 km from Darband ski resort.
The villa and suite are accessed via approximately 35 steps from the yard and are situated within a 1000-square-meter lush, tree-lined area featuring amenities such as an indoor pool. The entire property is exclusively available to one guest.
The interior design of the villa features a pool, hot tub, bathroom, and a shared Iranian/Western toilet on the lower floor. The upper floor includes a kitchen, living room, one master bedroom, an Iranian toilet, and a terrace.
The suite, located a few meters from the villa, has a furnished living area with a double bed and glass windows on the lower floor, and a roof garden with 360-degree view seating on the upper floor. An Iranian toilet is also available in the yard.
It is worth noting that the pool water is changed every 4 days, and pool water purification is carried out using Fibalon disinfectant technology.
The yard is enclosed by a metal fence, and a 24-hour caretaker unit is stationed on the premises. The caretaker has no direct view of the guests' accommodation and will only leave their unit with prior coordination.
Please note that the accommodation is equipped with CCTV cameras covering the premises and the entrance gate.
For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately 100 meters.
Mobile network coverage for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is excellent for calls, and internet access is 4G. Free Wi-Fi is also provided to guests.
Additionally, there is another suite on the premises whose door is locked and is not accessible to guests.
