این اتاق 20 متری مستر با ظرفیت حداکثر 8 نفر در طبقه دوم یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی دو طبقه با حیاطی دلباز و درختکاری شده و چشم انداز زیبا در محیطی آرام و بکر در روستا کرمانی محله خلیل شهر واقع شده است و تا شهر بهشهر حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
دسترسی به اتاق نراد 1 با پیمودن حدود 20 پله امکان پذیر است و اتاق دارای سرویس کف خواب، حمام مشترک با سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی (فرنگی سیار) و آشپزخانه کوچک اختصاصی روی تراس 50 متری می باشد و مشاعات نیز شامل حیاط، آلاچیق و محوطه بازی به همراه تاب کودکان می باشد که به صورت مشترک با سایر میهمانان استفاده می شود.
محوطه اقامتگاه از دو طرف با دیوار محصور و از دو طرف دیگر که در مجاورت جنگل قرار دارد با درختان جنگلی محصور است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد.
در این اقامتگاه تهیه غذاهای سنتی با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه و هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان امکان پذیر است و غذا در اتاق و آلاچیق سرو می شود، همچنین امکان طبخ غذا در اتاق فراهم است.
میهمانان گرامی می توانند با حدود 1 کیلومتر رانندگی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا نمایید.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G و همراه اول به صورت 3G می باشد و اینترنت وای فای رایگان در اختیار میهمانان قرار می گیرد.
500 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد برای انواع خودرو می باشد.
