این اتاق با ظرفیت حداکثر 4 نفر یکی از اتاق های طبقه اول یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی زیبا و دلنشین (دو طبقه) در جوار شالیزارهای سرسبز برنج در روستای مولسکام است که در مسیر جاده فومن به قلعه رودخانه و در فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری شهر فومن واقع شده است.
این اتاق 12متری با حدود 14 پله دسترسی دارای سرویس کف خواب، اسپیلت و یک شعله بخاری گازی می باشد و مشاعات ساختمان شامل حمام و سرویس ایرانی یکجا با آشپزخانه مرکزی در حیاط، ایوان زیبا با چشم انداز فوق العاده از شالیزار و محوطه دلباز با میز و صندلی جهت دورهمی و شب نشینی است.
لازم به ذکر است این اتاق با اتاق 9 متری همجوارش با باز نمودن یک درب وسط قابلیت ادغام شدن را نیز برای میهمانان بیش از 4 نفر دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار و پرچین های چوبی محصور است و بعضی از قسمت های آن از بیرون اشراف دارد، همچنین میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد که جهت رسیدگی به امورات در اقامتگاه نیز حضور خواهد داشت.
در این اقامتگاه امکان سفارش انواع غذای محلی و خانگی نظیر باقلاقاتق، میرزا قاسمی، مرغ ترش و ... برای وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه وجود دارد.
همچنین با 5 دقیقه پیاده روی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهید داشت.
وضعیت آنتن دهی شبکه تلفن همراه در این منطقه برای اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت برای ایرانسل 4g و همراه اول 3g می باشد.
فومن و توابع آن با آب و هوای مطبوع، طبیعت بینظیر از جنگل های انبوه و جاذبه های تاریخی یکی از قطب های گردشگری استان گیلان بشمار می رود.
دژ تاریخی قلعه رودخانه، دریاچه ولشت، روستای فوشه، ییلاق زودل سر، منطقه گشت رودخان و سیاه مزگی بخشی از این جاذبه ها می باشد.
