این منزل مبله یکخوابه در طبقه اول (13 پله دسترسی) یک ساختمان سه طبقه (4 واحدی) با چشم انداز زیبا از کوههای پوشیده از درختان در روستای توریستی گنگرج کلا در ارتفاعات ییلاقی در جاده فیلبند واقع شده است که تا فیلبند حدود 15 کیلومتر و تا آمل حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اقامتگاه فاقد حیاط و پارکینگ است و امکان پارک خودرو در مقابل درب فراهم است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است این منطقه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری است و سوخت اقامتگاه برای گرمایش و پخت و پز توسط کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
سوپر مارکت محلی و قصابی در طبقه همکف ساختمان قابل دسترسی می باشد و نانوایی نیز در فاصله 500 متری از اقامتگاه قرار دارد.
