این اتاق با ظرفیت حداکثر 5 نفر یکی از اتاق های طبقه همکف یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی دو طبقه با معماری سنتی و گودال باغچه و قدمت دوره قاجار در شهر کویری خور بیابانک واقع شده است که با دمیدنی جانی نو در کالبد فرسوده بنای قدیمی و با الهام از هنر و سنن این منطقه کویری، اکنون پس از مرمت و بازسازی پذیرای گردشگران عزیز است.
اتاق دارای دیوارهای کاهگلی، طاقچه با تزئینات خاص، سرویس کف خواب است و مشاعات ساختمان نیز شامل حمام، سرویس فرنگی و دو سرویس ایرانی در طبقه همکف، حیاط دنج با باغچه، آب نما، تخت های سنتی و یک ایوان شاه نشین با کرسی می باشد که فضا برای سرو نوشیدنی محلی، دورهمی و شب نشینی در فضای باز مهیا است.
مجموعه دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته است و جهت امنیت ورودی، پارکینگ روباز و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
در این اقامتگاه صبحانه رایگان سرو می شود و امکان سفارش غذای خانگی نظیر کالجوش، اشکنه، آبگوشت، آتیشیبا با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه وجود دارد.
همچنین با 20 متر پیاده روی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهید داشت.
پوشش اینترنت نیز در این منطقه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل 4g است.
