The shared facilities of the residence, located in the 6,800-square-meter complex with a pleasant mountain climate, include a garden restaurant, pergola, café, water pond, open parking, public Iranian toilets, and more.
The residence is enclosed by walls and has a caretaker and guard present 24/7 for security.
Dear guests, please note that due to the structure and number of stairs, this residence is not suitable for the elderly.
