این ویلا دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز بر روی شیب زمین در روستای لمیر محله واقع شده است که تا شهر استارا حدود 8 کیلومتر و با ساحل دریا حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده و آلاچیق فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی‌ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی (با دسترسی حدود 4 پله به سمت پایین)، پذیرایی و آشپزخانه می‌شود و با پیمودن حدود 9 پله در نیم طبقه دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار کوتاه شهرکی محصور شده است، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد و دروازه ورودی شهرک به‌صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
