With approximately 12 steps leading up, there is a large terrace, a bedroom, an Iranian toilet, and a shared bathroom.
The area around the accommodation's yard is enclosed by a wall that is not overlooked from the outside, and the yard and entrance of the accommodation are equipped with CCTV cameras for security.
Access to a supermarket is approximately 2 km away and a bakery is approximately 5 km from the accommodation. It is advisable to purchase your necessary supplies for your stay in advance and bring them with you. The quality of mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is excellent for calls, and the internet is 4G.
There is a covered hot tub measuring 3.5 x 2 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.4 meters, equipped with an automatic filtration system that operates all year round, located in the yard approximately 5 meters from the house.
It should be noted that 2 km of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles.
