این سوئیت مبله دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در منطقه سادات شهر در شهر رامسر واقع شده است.
محوطه 400 متری اقامتگاه با دیوار بلند محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، لذا مسیر دروازه ورودی و حیاط با میزبان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
گفتنی است حدود 20 متر مسیر انتهایی به اقامتگاه جاده خاکی است و جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 100 متری و نانوایی با حدود 5 دقیقه پیاده روی در دسترس قرار دارند، به علاوه کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه عالی و پوشش اینترنت برای هر دو اپراتور به صورت 4G می باشد.
