The area around the courtyard of the complex is enclosed by a wall, and the host also resides in the neighborhood. Additionally, for increased security, the shared lounge, area, and entrance are equipped with CCTV cameras.
The shared facilities of this complex include a shared living room, a shared kitchen, a coffee shop, a bathroom with a Western toilet in the shared lounge and an Iranian toilet in the courtyard, which are shared with guests from other rooms. This complex also has a hall equipped with a video projector (cinema room) and a conference room (for events), which can be used by esteemed guests with prior coordination and payment of a separate fee.
