واحد دارای یک تخت دبل، یک تخت سینگل، آشپزخانه، تلویزیون و سرویس فرنگی مشترک با حمام می باشد.
ساختمان فاقد پارکینگ اختصاصی است ولی محیط کوچه فضا مناسب جهت پارک خودرو را دارد.
گفتنی است جهت امنیت بیشتر ساختمان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته مشرف به لابی، راهرو طبقات و محوطه ساختمان می باشد، همچنین واحد پذیرش و نگهبانی به صورت 24 ساعته در قسمت لابی ساختمان مستقر می باشد.
