This cozy room with a beautiful courtyard and a large veranda is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Vishkananak village, approximately 20 km from the center of Rasht city.
This traditional room is situated in a traditional house that has three rooms, each of which is available to one group of guests in this accommodation complex.
Each room in this rural house has a TV, heater, split air conditioner, private bathroom, and toilet facilities. Additionally, the veranda of this rural house, along with the communal kitchen of the complex, is shared among the guests of this accommodation.
The area surrounding the beautiful courtyard of this accommodation is enclosed by a wall on one side (opposite) and leads to rice paddies on the other three sides.
Furthermore, this beautiful courtyard is shared by the guests of this rural house, its host who resides in the same area in another accommodation, and the guests of the upper floor of the building where the host is present. Moreover, this area is equipped with CCTV cameras.
The last 100 meters of the road to this accommodation are unpaved, but this path is accessible by any type of vehicle.
Access to a bakery and supermarket is possible within approximately 400 meters from the accommodation.

It should be noted that domestic animals such as cows are kept within the accommodation premises.
