این اتاق 21 متری مستر با ظرفیت حداکثر 4 نفر به همراه صبحانه رایگان در مجاورت 11 اتاق دیگر در یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی در روستای ملکی از توابع شهر طبل واقع شده است و تا مرکز جزیره قشم حدود 75 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اتاق دارای دو تخت دو نفره، حمام مشترک با فرنگی، اسپیلت و یخچال می باشد.
مشاعات شامل کافی شاپ، آلاچیق سنتی و چوبی و حیاط دلباز دارای آتشکده و دو سرویس ایرانی می باشد که با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
اقامتگاه دارای پارکینگ اختصاصی می باشد و اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در ورودی مجموعه مستقر می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی این منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن می باشد و بهتر است برای آشامیدن آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید، همچنین سوخت اقامتگاه برای گرمایش و پخت و پز توسط کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
میهمانان گرامی توجه فرمائید این روستا فاقد نانوایی و سوپر مارکت می باشد و بهتر است نان و اقلام مصرفی خود را از شهر تهیه فرمائید و به همراه داشته باشید.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G می باشد و اینترنت وای فای رایگان در اختیار میهمانان قرار می گیرد.
30 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد برای انواع خودرو است.
