این ویلا دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب مستر دارد با طراحی دوبلکس و امکاناتی نظیر آلاچیق و استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم در منطقه کرشت واقع شده و با رودهن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا دوبلکس در طبقه پایین به صورت سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی، سرویس فرنگی، حمام و در طبقه بالا دارای سالن نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب ( یک اتاق مستر )، سرویس فرنگی مشترک با حمام در یک اتاق و تراس می باشد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط ویلا از چهار سمت با دیوار بلند حصار شده و سرایدار به صورت 24 ساعته در همین محوطه با دروازه ورودی مشترک سکونت دارد، همچنین دوربین مداربسته محوطه جلوی اقامتگاه را تحت پوشش قرار می دهد و میزبان در فاصله نزدیک به این اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
قابل ذکر است آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق قنات تامین می شود لذا میهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن همراه داشته باشند.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 150 متری قابل دسترس است و کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت در دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد.
شایان ذکر است حدود 50 متر مسیر انتهایی به ویلا جاده خاکی است.
