این اتاق با ظرفیت حداکثر 7 نفر در مجموعه ای بوم گردی با فضایی دلباز و سنتی در روستای یاساقلق بالا واقع شده است که با شهر کلاله حدود 31 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اتاق 25 متری با فضایی سنتی دارای کرسی، 7 عدد سرویس کف خواب، شومینه، بخاری گازی، پنکه و سرویس ایرانی مشترک با حمام می باشد.
قابل ذکر است اتاق فاقد آشپزخانه و یخچال است و میهمانان گرامی می توانند جهت موارد پخت و پز از آشپزخانه مرکزی موجود در حیاط مجموعه استفاده نمایند، همچنین در این اقامتگاه بوم گردی امکان سفارش نان و غذاهای محلی نظیر چکدرمه، بورگ، مانتی و ... با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه میسر است.
محوطه اطراف مجموعه با دیوار و فنس محصور شده و در جوار مزرعه گندم قرار دارد، همچنین میزبان در همین مجموعه سکونت دارد.
از مشاعات این اقامتگاه بوم گردی حیاط، آلاچیق، سکوی نشیمن، سرویس بهداشتی عمومی در حیاط و قره اوی ( خانه ترکمی ) می باشد، البته استفاده از خانه ترکمی نیاز به هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه دارد.
جهت تهیه اقلام مصرفی، نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری قابل دسترس است، به علاوه کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت برای ایرانسل 4g و در همراه اول h می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 600 متر مسیر انتهایی به اقامتگاه جاده خاکی مناسب برای تردد انواع خودرو است.
توجه داشته باشید تنها یک بسته هیزم به صورت رایگان در اختیار میهمانان قرار داده می شود و مابقی دارای هزینه جداگانه است.
