It should be noted that the villa's tap water is supplied from a well and is not of suitable quality for drinking. Therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water for consumption. Also, the accommodation's fuel for heating and cooking is supplied by a 1-ton LPG tank.
For daily necessities, guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery by traveling approximately one kilometer.

It is worth mentioning that the complex where the villa is located has a cycling track, a walking path, and gazebos, and an entrance fee to the complex is collected from guests.
