این سوئیت نقلی با حیاط سرسبز در جاده سنگر واقع شده که با شهر سنگر حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
در محوطه حیاط سرسبز خانه یک آلاچیق با کباب پز قرار گرفته که بطور مشترک قابل استفاده می باشد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سوئیت فاقد اتاق خواب است، همچنین یخچال در داخل واحد قرار گرفته ولی سینک ظرفشویی و اجاق گاز جهت پخت و پز در ایوان ورودی و بیرون از فضای داخلی سوئیت تعبیه شده است.
