این سوئیت مبله دو خوابه با تراسی دلنشین و پیمودن 10 پله در طبقه بالای یک ساختمان دو طبقه در مجموعه ای دلباز و سنتی در روستای خوش آب و هوای رستمکلا واقع شده است که با بهشهر حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد
سوئیت دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی مشترک با حمام و تراس می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط زیبای مجموعه با دیوار حصار شده و میزبان در بازه زمانی های مختلف در دفتر خود حضور دارد، همچنین حیاط، آلاچیق، سرویس ایرانی عمومی و دیگر امکانات با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
جهت امنیت بیشتر اقامتگاه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است که محوطه حیاط را تحت پوشش قرار می دهد، به علاوه نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در همین مجموعه سکونت دارد.
در این اقامتگاه امکان سفارش انواع غذای محلی نظیر فسنجون، آش محلی و ... با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه میسر است.
لازم به ذکر است قبل از ورود به اقامتگاه اقلام مصرفی خود را از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی شهری تهیه نمائید، ضمنا کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه و پوشش اینترنت ضعیف می باشد.
گفتنی است حدود یک کیلومتر مسیر انتهایی به اقامتگاه جاده خاکی و مناسب برای تردد وسایل نقلیه است.
از جاذبه های گردشگری این شهر تالاب میانکاله است که سالانه پذیرای میهمانان بسیاری می باشد.
