این سوئیت کانکسی با چشم انداز دریا و میز و صندلی درختی در روستای باغ محله با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از زیباکنار واقع شده است و با شهر بندرانزلی حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سوئیت دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در قرار دارد، همچنین سوئیت فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف محوطه سوئیت فاقد حصار است و میزبان نیز در محوطه حضور دارد، همچنین محوطه و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 100 متر می باشد، همچنین یک کافه ساحلی نیز به همراه آلاچیق و تخت سنتی در محوطه جهت رفاه حال مهمانان قرار دارد.
لازم به ذکر است که آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می گردد لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
