The unit features a living room, a kitchen, and a shared Iranian toilet with a shower. It's worth noting that the sleeping area lacks an entrance door and is located upstairs, accessible via 6 steps.
Due to its location, this chalet does not have a balcony or a view.
The complex's courtyard is fenced with a wall, and a 24-hour security guard resides on the premises. Additionally, CCTV cameras cover the shared courtyard.
The shared facilities of the complex include the courtyard and a gazebo, which are used in common with other guests.
Dear guests can access a supermarket approximately 20 meters away and a bakery approximately 300 meters away to purchase their daily necessities.
