این اتاق با ظرفیت حداکثر 7 نفر یکی از اتاق های این مجموعه بوم گردی در فضایی سنتی است که با دسترسی 20 پله رو به پایین در طبقه زیر همکف در حیاط گودال باغچه مجموعه واقع شده و در منطقه ای دنج و آرام از شهر کاشان قرار دارد.
اتاق با طراحی دو طبقه در طبقه پایین دارای دو تخت خواب سینگل، در طبقه بالا دارای سه تخت خواب سینگل، دو عدد سرویس کف خواب، چیلتر و فن کویل، شوفاژ و سرویس فرنگی مشترک با حمام می باشد، همچنین اتاق فاقد یخچال است.
از مشاعات اقامتگاه می توان به محوطه دلنشین و محصور اقامتگاه، اتاق شاهنشین ( صبحانه خوری )، سرویس فرنگی عمومی اشاره کرد که با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
در حیاط اصلی این مجموعه، کافه ای قرار دارد که با پخش موزیک فضای مجموعه را دلپذیرتر می کند.
در این اقامتگاه بوم گردی سفارش انواع وعده های غذایی با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
مجموعه دارای واحد پذیرش 24 ساعته است که در حیاط اصلی سکونت دارد، همچنین دوربین مداربسته محوطه حیاط و ورودی هر اتاق را تحت پوشش قرار می دهد.
لازم به ذکر است اقامتگاه فاقد پارکینگ اختصاصی است ولی کوچه فضای کافی جهت پارک خودرو را دارد.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 70 متری در دسترس است، ضمنا کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه و پوشش اینترنت ضعیف است ولی اقامتگاه مجهز به اینترنت وای فای است که به صورت رایگان در اختیار میهمانان قرار داده می شود.
این اتاق برای سالمندان مناسب نمی باشد.
