این منزل ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دنج در محیطی امن و آرام با دسترسی آسان به مراکز تجاری و رفاهی در محله ایستگاه 3 شهر آبادان واقع شده است.
طراحی اقامتگاه به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام می باشد و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط دنج با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی این منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن می باشد و بهتر است برای آشامیدن آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
