این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در دل باغ پرتغال در مجاورت کلبه دیگر در محیطی جنگلی در دامنه کوه با آب و هوای مطبوع و چشم انداز زیبای کوههای پوشیده از درختان در جاده سیاهکلرود در محیط شهرکی در روستای مرسه واقع شده است که تا شهر واجارگاه حدود 7 کیلومتر و تا شهر چابکسر حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به صورت سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام مشترک با سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی در قسمت پایین و یک اتاق خواب بدون درب با 8 پله دسترسی در قسمت بالا می باشد، همچنین اقامتگاه فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
سرو غذای محلی با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام ممکن است.
اطراف حیاط سرسبز شهرک با دیوار بلند محصور است و مابین کلبه ها فاقد حصار می باشد به گونه ای که دروازه ورودی و حیاط با میهمانان ساکن در کلبه دیگر به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در محوطه باغ مستقر است و به جهت حفظ امنیت، دروازه ورودی شهرک، دور تا دور باغ و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
میهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، با حدود 100 متر پیاده روی به سوپرمارکت و با حدود 5 دقیقه رانندگی به نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت، همچنین امکان سفارش از طریق پیک رایگان فراهم می باشد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
30 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد برای انواع خودرو است.
شهر چابکسر با بهره مندی از آب و هوای مطبوع، روستاهای ییلاقی با طبیعت ساحلی و جنگلی و همچنین نزدیک بودن به امکانات گردشگری شهر رامسر یکی از محبوب ترین شهرهای شمالی کشور برای اقامت و گشت و گذار است.
بخشی از مسیر دسترسی به این کلبه زیبا از رودخانه می باشد و گفتنی است در روزهای خاص سال که منطقه دچار باران های شدید است امکان استفاده از پل نیست
