This furnished two-bedroom house with a cozy terrace is located on the second floor (15 steps access) of a three-story building (3 units). It is situated next to the beautiful Navrood River and lush trees in Gijav village, 10 km from the dreamy Asalem-Khalkhal road, nestled in the heart of the Hyrcanian forests, and approximately 10 km from Asalem.
The area around the accommodation's yard is open. The building does not have private parking, but the space in front of the accommodation is suitable for parking vehicles. The yard, entrance gate, and staircase are shared with the host, who lives on the lower floor, and other guests.
Access to a supermarket and bakery for essential needs is available within approximately 100 to 200 meters of the accommodation.
At this accommodation, it is possible to order food such as stuffed chicken, Mirza Ghasemi, Jujeh Kabob, Chenjeh Kabob, grilled or fried fish, and more, for an additional fee and with prior arrangement with the host.

Dense fog is a common phenomenon on this road, which limits visibility. Driving cautiously, ensuring sufficient fuel, and using fog lights are essential. It is preferable to plan your journey to reach the destination during daylight hours.
