این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دنج در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای شمس آباد و فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری نشتارود واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه ویلایی به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام مشترک با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط دنج ویلا از دو سمت با دیوار و از دو طرف با درختان باغ کیوی محصور است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد و امکان پارک خودرو به صورت شبانه در پارکینگ میزبان فراهم می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 300 متری امکان پذیر است.
