Eco-tourism in Siahkal - Kolandeh

This traditional house, featuring a spacious veranda (talar) equipped with a table and chairs and offering beautiful mountain and forest views, is located on the upper floor (approximately 12 steps access) of a two-story building in a pleasant climate in Kolandeh village, about 15 km from Siahkal. This traditional house consists of two rooms and a kitchen, and the Iranian-style toilet with a bathroom is located on the spacious veranda. The lush green courtyard, equipped with a fire pit and a table and chairs, is enclosed by a fence to preserve nature. The host resides on the premises, sharing the entrance gate and courtyard. It is worth noting that for security purposes, the premises, entrance gate, and surroundings of the building are equipped with CCTV cameras. For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is available within approximately 500 meters. Mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access for Irancell is 3G. The last 200 meters of the access road to the unit are unpaved (dirt road) and accessible by all types of vehicles. The lower floor is a storage area and is not in use.
