این ویلا دو خوابه با حیاطی دلنشین مجهز به تاب و تخت چوبی نشیمن در روستای خوش آب و هوای چکوسر واقع شده که تا شهر شفت حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط این خانه با دیوار بلند محصور شده و دسترسی به ایوان با پیمودن تعداد 3 پله ممکن است.
میزبان نیز در برخی از بازه زمانی های مختلف در ویلای خود که در حیاط این اقامتگاه قرار دارد ساکن می باشد.
دوچرخه ای در حیاط این ویلا قرار دارد که امکان استفاده از آن برای میهمانان تنها در حیاط اقامتگاه ممکن است.
آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود که قابل شرب نیست لذا میهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن همراه داشته باشند.
