این سوئیت مبله یکخوابه در مجاورت واحد دیگر در طبقه همکف (2 پله دسترسی به پایین) یک ساختمان دو طبقه (3 واحدی) در منطقه ای دنج و امن با دسترسی آسان به مناطق گردشگری در بلوار ناهار خوران واقع شده و تا مرکز شهر گرگان حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
درب ورودی سوئیت از پارکینگ می باشد و دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ با میهمانان طبقات دیگر به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 50 تا 100 متری قابل دسترسی است.
