این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با آلاچیق مجهز، حیاط زیبا در فاصله نزدیک از ساحل دریا و در روستای سنگاچین با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری شهر انزلی واقع شده است.
ویلا در طبقه پایین دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با توالت فرنگی و یک اتاق خواب می باشد و در طبقه بالا با یک اتاق خواب دارای بالکن مهیای استفاده میهمانان می باشد.
حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و آلاچیق دارای شومینه گازی، سینگ، یخچال و نشیمن آن، محیطی دلپذیر برای دورهمی میهمانان فرار می کند.
دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با 5 دقیقه رانندگی از ویلا میسر می باشد.
