این کلبه دوبلکس سه خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است در دل باغی سرسبز و رو به جنگل منطقه اربه کله واقع شده که تا شهر رامسر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه دارای استخر روباز با چشم انداز کوه و جنگل است که در فضای پشت کلبه قرار گرفته، همچنین یک میز بیلیارد و فوتبال دستی برای رفاه بیشتر مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
دسترسی به کلبه با پیمودن حدود 8 پله ممکن است و طراحی آن به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه دوم اتاق خواب مستر و آلاچیق با میز و صندلی قرار دارد و با دسترسی از حیاط خلوت در طبقه سوم یک اتاق خواب شیشه ای قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس و پوشش گیاهی محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود پنج کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
