این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با ایوان دلباز در روستای آهکلان واقع شده که با شهر ماسال حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 7 پله از حیاط، دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است ویلا دارای اتاق خواب دوم نیز می باشد که در آن قفل و غیر قابل استفاده مهمانان است.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از یکطرف به وسیله فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز گاهی اوقات در اتاقی که در حیاط قرار گرفته سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
