This cabin features a triangular design. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, an Iranian-style toilet with a Western toilet, and a bathroom. The upper floor consists of an open-plan bedroom equipped with a double bed and a terrace.
The yard surrounding the house is enclosed on three sides by walls, and by a fence and wood on the river side. The host resides at the far end of the property's yard.
The accommodation is equipped with CCTV cameras covering the yard and the alley area.
For essential supplies, a bakery and supermarket are accessible within approximately 300 meters.
