این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه در طبقه دوم و سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه 2 واحدی با بالکنی دلنشین در منطقه گردشگری زاگرس با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از سامان و 25 کیلومتری از شهرکرد در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی در طبقه پایین و پذیرایی، دو اتاق خواب، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه پارکینگ با نرده فلزی محصور است و شهرک نیز مجهز به دوربین مداربسته و دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته می باشد.
