این خانه مبله دو خوابه با حیاطی دلنشین و بالکنی دلباز در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در روستای زیارت با فاصله حدود 100 متری از ساحل دریا و 20 کیلومتری از شهر پارسیان واقع شده است.
اطارف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور و مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط نیز به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می گردد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 200 متر است.
گفتنی است که آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از طریق منبع 1000 لیتری تامین می شود لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می گردد که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
