The complex is enclosed by walls, and the suite's area is separated by a wooden fence. For enhanced security, the complex entrance is equipped with CCTV cameras, and a 24-hour guard is present. For daily necessities, a supermarket is available approximately 30 meters away, and a bakery is about 150 meters away. Please note that the accommodation's fuel for heating and cooking is supplied by LPG cylinders. Also, the tap water in the accommodation is not potable, so esteemed guests are advised to bring bottled water. Mobile network coverage for all operators is good for calls. Irancell internet is 4G, but Hamrah-e Avval's internet is weak. It is worth mentioning that approximately 500 meters of the road leading to the suite is unpaved but smooth. Astara is a city with coastal and forest nature, enjoying a pleasant climate and pristine natural attractions that draw countless tourists. Astara forests, Estil Lagoon, Heyran Pass and village, Laton Waterfall, and the beautiful sea beach are just some of the city's beauties. The suite does not have an Iranian-style toilet.
