این خانه مبله یکخوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای خوش آب و هوای سراگاه با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری رودخانه سراگاه و حدود 5 کیلومتری شهر تالش واقع شده است.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده اما از بیرون مشرف است، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط با میزبان که در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 200 متر می باشد.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4G است.
