این ویلا سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای آغچه حصار واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا کرج حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود میز بیلیارد و فوتبالدستی در سالن پذیرایی مجهز به سیستم صوتی و آبشار، باربیکیو، میز و صندلی باغی به همراه چتر، تاب و آلاچیق در حیاط، و استخر سرپوشیده فضای مناسبی را برای تفریح و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم آورده است.
طراحی اقامتگاه به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب (دو خواب مستر دارای حمام با فرنگی) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن است لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در شهرک مستقر است.
میهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، با طی مسافت حدود 2 کیلومتری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
